About Tyreline

The company

Tyreline Distributors Ltd is a locally owned and operated company that was started in 1986 by founder and current Managing Director Grant Rushbrooke.

The company has grown from small beginnings as the sole importer of Simex agricultural and earthmover tyres, to become a major supplier of tyres to the truck, earthmover, agricultural and passenger markets in New Zealand.

Our team

Tyreline employs a small but dedicated team of specialists who provide technical advice and support to our Dealer Network. Our head office is located in Hamilton; it is here that the Customer Service call centre is based as well as administration staff.

Supporting motorsport

Michelin, the brand of fitment in the Porsche
GT3 Cup Car Series

The Tyreline product mix lends itself well to a major involvement in motorsport throughout the country. Michelin is an internationally recognised brand and they are the current tyre supplier to the A1GP cars that are part of the world championship circuit.

Michelin is also the brand of fitment to the New Zealand Porsche GT3 Cup Car series and the Toyota Racing series. The technology that is developed and used in these tyres is transferred to the tyres that are used on the roads of New Zealand.

The Simex tyre is one that is synonymous with off road 4 wheel drive action within New Zealand. The tyres are always at the forefront of Winch Challenge competitions and the National 4x4 Trials series. The Simex brand is well renowned for its ability to work well in extreme conditions.

Tyreline supports many motorsport competitions and venues all over the country, whether is be off roading, 4wds, circuit racing, speedway, or assisting our dealer network with their local events, we are committed to motorsport in New Zealand.
